  • Love it or send it back — it’s that simple.

    We want you to love every purchase you make.
    If you’re not completely satisfied, you may return or exchange eligible items within 60 days of purchase, as long as they meet the condition criteria below.
  • Return & Exchange Eligibility

    You may initiate a return or exchange either through the Order Details page once your order has been delivered — or by contacting us directly.
    To ensure a smooth process, please make sure all of the following apply:
    Original packaging and all tags or labels are intact.
    The item is unused, unworn, and unwashed.
    There are no damages or alterations.
    The product presents no hygiene or safety concerns (for example, broken seals on personal-care items).
  • Special Product Conditions

    Bra items may be returned or exchanged even if tried on, provided they meet the above eligibility criteria.
    Underwear (briefs, panties) cannot be returned or exchanged.
  • Non-Returnable / Non-Exchangeable Items

    The following items cannot be returned or exchanged:
    Items that have been worn outside or washed.
    Items with missing tags/labels or incomplete packaging.
    Orders placed more than 60 days ago.
    Underwear items (see above).
    Items labelled “Final Sale” or customized goods.
  • How to Request a Return or Exchange

    1.Go to your Order Details page (after delivery) or email our support team with your order number, photos of the item(s) if applicable, and specify whether you’d like a refund or exchange.
    2.We’ll verify eligibility and provide you with next-steps and (if applicable) a return or exchange label.
    3.Once we receive and inspect your return, we will process your refund or ship your exchange within 5–10 business days of reimbursement eligibility.
  • Return Shipping Costs

    You cover the return shipping cost if the reason is size or style preference.
    We cover the cost if any of the following apply:
    The item has quality issues (defects, material flaws).
    We sent you the wrong item or incorrect variant.
    The item arrived damaged — please email us photos immediately.
  • Refund Information

    Refunds will be issued to your original payment method within 5–10 business days (timing may vary by bank).
    If you have a new credit card, but the original account remains active, the refund will be processed back to your account.
    If the account has been closed, please contact your bank first, then email us for assistance.
    We cannot issue refunds to a different or new card/account.
