i’d say that this bra is a hybrid between a regular and sports bra. It’s supportive and lifts up the chest, but it also keeps everything secure so you can run around, and nothing is going to move. Right off the bat everything was very comfy when I put it on, I didn’t feel any weird seams or digging into my sides. The front is a tiny bit padded, but that was good for keeping uniform shape, and looking good under a shirt. The whole bra is very stretchy yet firm. I wore it all day, and felt very comfortable the whole time. I will probably wear this with white tops, so the color will work together. I would recommend this in general.
