I've dealt with bad shoulder pain for years from regular bras that have thin straps that dig into my shoulders and put all the weight on them, but this bra has wide, soft adjustable straps that distribute the weight of my chest evenly, so my shoulder pain has almost completely gone away now. The soft support it gives is way better than any underwire bra I've ever owned, no poking wires, no indent marks all over my skin, and it makes my whole silhouette look so smooth and sleek that I get compliments on how good my outfits look almost every day now.
